Orders received by 2:00PM are usually shipped the same day.  Backorders will be filled as soon as possible.  Credit cards will be charged only for items shipped.

Shipping:

Shipping and handling charges are charged according to package weight. Orders 2lbs. and under (and less than $50) may be shipped Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) for $4.00-5.00.  Heavier and higher value orders will be shipped UPS.  Please request different delivery method if preferred.

Returns:

We stand behind the products that we sell.  If you find an item to be defective we will replace it.  If an item turns out to be something different than you expected we will take it back.  Please call or e-mail for RMA number and return the item with a copy of the invoice.
