Scotch-Brite Light Deburring Wheels are designed for removing burrs and polishing at the same time.
Excellent for fine deburring and polishing operations.
Use on a bench grinder.
Runs clean.
Depending upon the diameter of your grinder mandrel, a reducer bushing may be needed.
Reducer bushing shown below included upon request.

General purpose hand pad used for cleaning and deburring.
Color - red.
6" x 9" sheet may be cut to various sizes for hand use, on disc pad holder, or in mini mandrel.

3M 5" disc pad holder for DA sander is (Velcro type) hook faced so Scotch-Brite pad will ad-hear to it.
Soft and flexible pad allows easy working of contoured surfaces.
Cut 3M Hand Pad into a 5" dia. circle to cover face of holder.
Use scraps for hand work.

Mandrel holds rectangles of Scotch-Bite pad.
Chucked in a drill, this works like a flap wheel to deburr tubing and irregular shaped edges.

A cordless screwdriver is very controllable and makes deburring drilled holes almost effortless.

Use the 10" shaft when deburring the inside flanges of ribs and other hard to reach areas.
